Jeju Aewol Townhouse Interior Among 30 townhouse units in Yusuam-ri, Aewol, Jeju, this is an interior project for the one unit positioned where Jeju's blue sea is seen best. The overall interior feeling was brought to life through the contrast between the antique character of reclaimed timber and the modern feel of the tiles and colour tones. The separation of the first-floor living room and kitchen was achieved through the contrast of columns, a bookshelf, and ceiling finishes. On the living-room wall, a cast-iron shelf with leather, a fireplace, and a timber coffered ceiling create a warm atmosphere. Each room on the second floor was planned with accent colours, timber desks, and black flooring so that the small rooms could become ample, abundant spaces.
